How does it work?

 

If you agree for us to carry out the service then one of our team will conduct a detailed proofreading search for errors of punctuation, spelling and grammar. Our staff are experienced teachers and academic writers, and have worked with foreign students for many years. As a result we are highly skilled at understanding and repairing written work. In the event where this is not possible as the meaning of your text is unclear, we will include comments that highlight the difficulty in understanding. Therefore, once you have received your document back you will need enough time to check the comments and make any changes necessary.

What will I receive back from you after proofreading?

We will complete the proofreading process using the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word. Two files will then be returned to you. In the first version all errors will be highlighted and corrected, with comments added where necessary. A second version will also be sent with all the changes accepted, and you will only need to take action over the comments before the document is ready for submission. Therefore, you will have total control to accept or reject any of the amendments or comments.

A note on plagiarism

Please remember that due to university guidelines on avoiding plagiarism, we will be unable to paraphrase any sections of text, offer feedback on the content, or carry out any writing on your behalf. This service is strictly to edit your own work, and retains all your original ideas, assertions, arguments, etc.
